"Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with…"
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with this order. I ordered a cat-back exhaust for my truck, but what showed up was some random kit that didn’t seem right at all. I reached out to support, but they took forever to get back to me, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

"Prices felt a bit too high for me"
I was checking out borla for an exhaust, but the prices kind of made me pause quickly. I know some brands are more premium and all that, but compared to a few other places I looked, it just felt like a lot for what I’d be getting. Maybe the quality is great, I can’t really say… but just from the price alone, it didn’t make much sense for me. I didn’t really see a deal or a solid reason to buy direct either, so after a few minutes I ended up looking somewhere else…

"Helpful once they got back to me"
I reached out to Borla with a question about my order, the few-day wait kind of confirmed what I already figured about customer service these days — you usually don’t hear back as fast as you’d like. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I was hoping for a quicker response since I was waiting on info. Once they did reply, they were polite and got me taken care of, so no complaints there. I just wish the response time had been a bit better

"Return worked out, just slower than expected"
I accidentally ordered the wrong part from borla.com and had to go through a return/exchange. The process itself wasn’t really difficult, but like every return ever, it felt like it took longer than it should have. Replies were a bit slow, and I did have to follow up once to keep things moving. They eventually got everything sorted out, so I can’t really complain too much, but it wasn’t exactly a super smooth experience either. Middle-of-the-road overall

"Looks good, just a few marks"
The exhaust looks good overall, and it definitely improve the look of the car. I did notice a few small marks in the finish when it arrived, which was a little disappointing. Nothing too bad, but I was expecting it to be a bit cleaner out of the box

My exhaust showed up in good condition, what more can you ask for? The box had a few beat-up corners from shipping, but the parts inside were packed well and protected just fine. Could it have used a little more tape? Probably. But overall, I really can’t complain

"fit just like they said"
i ordered this for my truck and it fit exactly the way the site said it would. no guessing, no random extra parts, and it bolted up just fine right in my driveway. made the whole job way less frustrating than i thought it was going to be.

I ordered from Borla, i’m happy with it. The throttle response feels a lot quicker, and the car just picks up smoother now, which, for me, made a noticeable difference

"Solid exhaust, worth the money"
I bought a borla exhaust from borla i’m happy with it. The price seemed fair for the quality, the fit was good, and the sound is clean without being obnoxious. Shipping went smoothly too. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but the extra worrying I did before ordering was unnecessary because it ended up being worth it

"At first I didn’t think it was going…"
At first I didn’t think it was going to bother me that much, but after spending some time with it, the cabin drone really does start to get old. It’s one of those things you notice in the background and then suddenly you can’t stop noticing it, especially on longer drives. Around town it’s manageable, I guess, but once you’re cruising for a while it just kind of wears on you. I wanted to like it more, but that constant low hum takes away from the experience.

I had a good experience using the Borla site to find an exhaust for my truck. It made the whole process feel way less stressful because I could easily check what would actually fit. The specs and notes were clear, which I really appreciated. My only small frustration was that a few product pages didn’t have as many pictures as I would’ve liked. Still, overall I felt confident shopping there and had a good experience.

Ordered it from borla.com and got it installed without much drama. Everything lined up like it was supposed to, and I only needed basic garage tools. Me and a buddy knocked it out in a couple hours, and most of that was because the old stuff didn’t want to come off, so I’m blaming that for the extra time. Instructions were simple enough too. Overall, happy with how easy the install went.

"Build quality was kinda disappointing"
I wasn’t super happy with how this was put together. Some of the welds looked rough, and one of the brackets didn’t really line up right. For what it costs, I expected it to be a lot better

Everything was in the box, including all the bolts, which I really appreciated. that’s how it should be, if a company sells you something to assemble, it’s only fair they make sure all the parts are actually included.

"Solid Quality, Just a Little Pricey"
Ordered this from borla and overall I’m happy with it. My brother helped me put it on, and we both noticed right away that the material feels solid and not cheap at all. The welds looked clean, and the metal has a nice weight to it. Fitment was mostly good, though we did have to make a small adjustment to get it sitting right. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because it’s a bit pricey, but quality-wise I’m satisfied so far
